FindHytale provides a platform for Hytale server listings and community connections. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent server information
• Manipulate votes or rankings through automated means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape or data mine the Service without permission

Server owners are responsible for the accuracy of their server information. FindHytale reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate.

To claim ownership of a server, you must verify your ownership through our verification process. Falsely claiming ownership of a server is prohibited and may result in account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Our voting system is designed to be fair and transparent. Users may vote for servers once every 24 hours. Any attempt to manipulate votes through bots, multiple accounts, or other means is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FindHytale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload (server descriptions, banners, logos), but grant us a license to display and distribute this content through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

FindHytale is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party servers listed on our platform. Users join servers at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindHytale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
